This is a boolean metadata element, which can only be populated with true or false, and concerns the access and visibility levels within the Document Management System where the document is created and managed in the current phase. It does not automatically encrypt or apply any specific filters within the preservation system (which can only be requested explicitly through the Technical Data Sheet when activating the service).
