What you need
To activate the certificate, you have to connect to the MySign portal, dedicated to holders of an auto-signing certificate.
Subsequently, the following will be requested:
the User ID of the auto-signing certificate and the temporary Password received via Email;

How to determine if a physical device contains an authentication certificate (DESKTOP)

Overview
The authentication certificate allows the Controller to access the services provided on the network in a secure manner. It also allows you to sign or encrypt e-mail messages.
